Common Questions
Is There An Upfront Inventory Purchase?
No. There is no upfront inventory purchase under the standard program. Payment for each batch follows the terms of the Gym Partnership Agreement.
What If The Gear Doesn’t Sell?
Payment of $35 per co-branded item is due within 60 days of each batch’s delivery, regardless of whether every item has sold.
Can We Choose Our Own Design?
Yes. If you already have a design, we can work with it. If you do not have one, our design team can help create one for your gym.
Can We End The Partnership?
Yes. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days’ written notice, subject to the inventory and payment terms in the Gym Partnership Agreement.
