🔄 How do I exchange for a different size?
If your order doesn’t fit even though you picked the correct size from our size chart, you can exchange it by following these steps:

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request an exchange.

The item must be unworn and unwashed (trying it on is okay).
Please Note:

Customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated fees (e.g. import tax, restocking fee).

Exchanges are free of charge only if it's our error (e.g. wrong item sent).

💸 How do I return for a refund?

Returns for refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Our standard shipping fee is $7.50. However, additional charges may apply depending on your location. Countries such as Malta, Iceland, India, Chile, Montenegro, Kazakhstan, and Peru may incur higher shipping fees due to regional delivery costs and carrier availability. Once your order is placed, our support team will contact you with the exact shipping fee based on your location.

Flat rate: Applies to all orders of apparel items. Large Items, training equipment, may incur additional shipping fees depending on location and size of the item.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some locations might be out of reach, you will be notified that shipping to your destination is not available.
🇺🇸 Why can’t some items be shipped to the USA, or why are prices higher for U.S. customers?
Some of our products may not be available for shipping to the United States, or may appear at a higher price point for U.S. customers. This is due to import tariffs and trade regulations that increase the cost of shipping certain items into the U.S.
To remain compliant and continue offering our products globally, we must adjust pricing or limit availability on select items based on region-specific tariffs. We understand this can be frustrating and are actively working with our partners to find cost-effective solutions for our U.S. customers.

🎨 Why does the color look different in person?
Screen brightness and lighting affect color perception. Small differences in fabric type or dye batches may also cause slight variations.
🧵 Are color differences considered a defect?
Minor colour variations are not considered defects. These slight differences are a normal part of the manufacturing process, especially when different types of fabrics or finishes are used.
For example, our rash guards and shorts may sometimes appear in slightly different shades of white, black, or other colours. This is due to the fact that they are made from different materials, which can absorb dyes differently and reflect light in unique ways. While we do our best to ensure a consistent look across sets, exact colour matching between different fabric types is not always possible.
These variations do not affect the performance or quality of the product and are considered a natural result of premium fabric production.
