AI Growth & Marketing Apprentice — XMartial (Croatia / near Rijeka)
We're a fast-growing combat sports brand (BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai)—100,000+ customers across 50+ countries. The founder is looking for his right-hand on the growth side: someone hungry, sharp, and obsessed with AI, to learn fast and push marketing forward alongside him.
Role Overview
You don't need years of experience—you need raw drive and an AI-obsessed brain. We'll train you.
This is not a clock-in job. It's intense, fast-moving, and you'll learn constantly—there's no fixed playbook because AI is rewriting marketing every month.
You'll use AI more than most people you know, run projects end to end, and grow fast.
Location & Setup
- Hybrid — You'll work mostly remote, but we meet in person when needed so you should be willing to travel.
- In-person time matters here. This is a close-working, learn-how-the-founder-thinks role — expect regular face-to-face sessions, not a fully-remote desk job.
- Some travel to gyms, athletes, and events (roughly 1–2 trips a quarter).
Compensation
- Structure: Freelance, performance-based
- Upside: Strong base with real upside through project profit-shares
- Top performers earn well above market—we pay for results
