Affiliates & Social Media Manager

Build XMartial’s presence in the combat sports world through affiliates, content, and social mediaβ€”while earning based on performance.

Role Overview

This is not a passive role.

You’ll be responsible for making affiliates work, growing our social media, and managing content executionβ€”all tied directly to performance.

If you understand combat sports culture and know how to turn attention into revenue, this role is for you.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: Depends on hours + proven skill level
  • Performance-Based Earnings:
    • 10% commission on affiliate-driven sales (partners you onboard)
    • 15% commission on sales through XMartial’s Instagram affiliate link

What You’re Responsible For

  • Social Media (Own Growth)
    • Run and grow XMartial’s Instagram
    • Post consistently and improve performance over time
    • Engage daily (comments, DMs, reposts, community building)
  • Affiliates (Make It Work)
    • Build and manage the affiliate system
    • Recruit influencers, creators, and gyms
    • Turn affiliates into active revenue drivers
  • Content & Editor Management
    • Manage editors and content creators
    • Ensure consistent output (reels, posts, campaigns)
    • Guide content based on what performsβ€”not guesswork
  • Performance Tracking
    • Track what’s working (content, affiliates, engagement)
    • Report insights and improve results consistently

Performance Expectations

  • Generate consistent affiliate sales
  • Maintain active, growing social channels
  • Ensure steady flow of high-performing content
  • Show measurable improvement month over month

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of BJJ, MMA, or combat sports culture
  • Knows how Instagram actually grows (not just posting)
  • Experience with affiliates, influencers, or partnerships
  • Ability to manage editors and content workflows
  • Thinks in results, not tasks
  • Executes without needing constant direction

What We’re NOT Looking For

  • Someone who just posts content without tracking results
  • Someone who needs step-by-step instructions daily
  • Someone with no understanding of combat sports culture
  • Someone who treats this like a low-responsibility role

Reporting

  • Weekly updates (affiliates + content + growth)
  • Monthly performance review (sales + social metrics)
